MoES

EMIS for Pre-University Education EMIS for PUE has been established based on the Austrian experience. During this school year MoES will generate statistical data/reports based on detailed data at pupil level.This system will improve the accuracy of statistical data in education.

EMIS - WEB BASED SYSTEM - is managed by the National Exam Agency (AKP) / Database and System Department.

Factors influencing the quality of data

Demographic factors:- Internal/external migration;- Birth rate reduction;

The EMIS system will contribute to the improvement of data accuracy. Each pupil is entered into the system and can be identified with a unique personal ID.

Changes to the structure of basic education should also lead to changes in the public spending planning programmes for basic education according to the two cycles - Primary education (ISCED 1); Lower secondary education (ISCED 2)
