My grandfather (part of my mom), met my
grandmother …..
One day he was walking in the street with a
friend and suddenly he saw a woman in a
balcony. Later, they met in a party and
they danced together. After that, they fell in
love with each other and a few years later
they got married.

EDUCATION: At that time European parents worked hard and
encouraged their children to study and have a career and a better
future.
ECONOMICAL SITUATION: Generally , the people had savings
capabilities, and they had jobs.
SECURITY: Around the years 1960-80, people lived very quietly .
They left the doors open of their houses and life was much more
simple and familiar. The kids played outside safely.
TIME AND CULTURE: It was very common that courtships and
marriages were prepared and chosen by parents. In the weddings,
none of the couple knew each other because they didn´t have the
opportunity to know each other.
