I have been program manager for this program for about 7 years. Ovc has had this program for over 10 years.

OVC ONLINE APPLICATION• Complete your online application with as
much detail as possible (This is what the employers see)
• Use the Correct CV template
• You will receive notice +-2 weeks after you have submitted your application if you have been Accepted or Declined
• If you are declined you can contact you OVC office as to the reason why, this may be due to lack of experience / incorrect cv attached

CONTRACT AND PAYMENTOnce you have been offered a job you will receive your Contract and Job description.
At this stage you will be required to pay your Registration Fee of R6500, Sign the documents and send us the paperwork.
VISAS Copy of your passport (Clear and colour copy)
Copy of your certificates (matric and any other certs you’ve received)
Signed OVC T&C Passport photo (Jpeg – Colour and clear)
Medical certificates – Hiv, TB, Hep A, B & C and pregnancy test.
FLIGHTSFlights are organized,

are relevant to your destination and a jacket as it does get cold on the airplane

WHAT TO DO WHEN TRAVELING WITH LIQUIDS
CUSTOMS AND IMMIGRATION• When you exit the plane, have your
passport and Visa Documents ready• Proceed to the Visa Counter and have
your passport stamped• Once you have collected your bags and
gone through customs, look for a board with your name on it to be collected by employer
