Mid-Year Convention 2015

Lodge ER’s will receive a packet today with copies of the test, Answer Key and participation lists.

Lodges should schedule their Training Course as soon as possible.

Lodges should submit their completed tests to Ed Baranyai, PDD by April 28th, 2015.

The Lodge with the most submissions will receive the Roz Edgecomb Award at the Annual Convention in June.

So what makes a good test…◦ It is easy to take!◦ Measures knowledge of facts!◦ Encourages participants to think!

If you walk away today with one ‘new’ piece of knowledge… this test was a success!

Sure you can…◦ The Grand Lodge Statutes contain an index at the

back of the book.◦ Tells you the names and topics.◦ It lists the pages and statutes where that topic is

discussed.◦ But this is a test of knowledge, not a test of how

well you look up information.

A Lodge may authorize the Treasurer to establish and replenish a checking account, not to exceed $__________, for the sole purpose of paying for club supplies and inventory.
