Thank you for reviewing my resume. Being a business owner for 35 years you find yourself doing many different duties. As my business grew I hired department managers to help me run the business. At the time of the sale in May 2015 my business had 28 employees and I co-managed the business with three-department managers. I have very good skills in sales management and customer service. If you have a business model where the sales staff is responsible for retention of current customers, I would be a perfect fit.

My business serviced commercial accounts. Some of our large customers in Pittsburgh were Hillman Co, Bayer Corporation, Alcoa, Carnegie Mellon, Cochran Auto Dealerships, and Honeywell. We serviced over 2,700 business customers with Coffee Service, Vending Service, and Water Service.

I have been asked if you sold your business and retired, why are you looking for work? It’s hard to explain but at 53 years old I am just not ready to slow down. I currently have three commercial rental properties that generate steady income. I am currently looking for a career that I can enjoy for the next 10 to 12 years.

I am currently volunteering the EMS station in my community. I have helped them turn a failing business back into a profitable one. I have joined them as an ambulance driver and help them five nights a week as a driver. This is flexible and I can change the schedule anytime.
