Harbour Hotels own and operates prestigious hotels located in some of the most beautiful locations in the UK. Their portfolio spans a number of important coastal locations such as Salcombe, St Ives, Christchurch, a seperate boutique town house hotel in the centre of Christchurch and hotels in vibrant city locations, including Chichester, Guildford, Brighton, Bristol and Southampton. Acquired during the summer 2018 from the administrators, the new operator is now undertaking a comprehensive programme of long overdue refurbishment, extension and development to safegaurd the future success of the hotel.
The Metropole Hotel is an unlisted building located in a prominent location in Station Road and is located within the Padstow Conservation Area. The vision for the Hotel is to create a luxury 4 Star Spa Hotel including; complementary function spaces, unique destination spa, improved food & beverage offers and additional bedroom spaces. To support the significant level of investment and enhanced tourist offer, the client’s brief to the Design Team is to explore opportunities for discrete areas of residential development to support the level of investment needed.
