Their porolio spans a number of important coastal locaons such as Salcombe, St Ives, Christchurch, a seperate bouque town house hotel in the centre of Christchurch and hotels in vibrant city locaons, including Chichester, Guildford, Brighton, Bristol and Southampton. Acquired during the summer 2018 from the administrators, the new operator is now undertaking a comprehensive programme of long overdue refurbishment, extension and development to safegaurd the future success of the hotel. The Metropole Hotel is an unlisted building located in a prominent locaon in Staon Road and is located within the Padstow Conservaon Area. The vision for the Hotel is to create a luxury 4 Star Spa Hotel including; complementary funcon spaces, unique desnaon spa, improved food & beverage offers and addional bedroom spaces. To support the significant level of investment and enhanced tourist offer, the client’s brief to the Design Team is to explore opportunies for discrete areas of residenal development to support the level of investment needed.
