Metro Property Management was established in the year 2007 by Mike Sarvis and Sandra Allard. In subsequent years, he managed real estate for Varian, Apple, GTE Sprint, Tandem Computer, Navigation Technologies, Rational Software, and others. He attended Seattle Pacific University, and majored in business and psychology. He earned his Master's Degree from San Jose State University, and continued his education in real estate, finance and construction project management at San Jose State University and Golden Gate University.

He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California, and he has achieved the professional designation of Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Sandra Allard, another co-founder of Metro Property Management, attended San Jose State University and majored in Business Marketing and Public Relations. Her career in real estate has spanned over 20 years. She provides a wealth of real estate experience to her clients.

Her professional experience includes positions such as residential staff appraiser with Home Savings of America and Fremont Bank. She holds a California Real Estate License. As a native Californian, she has in-depth knowledge of Bay Area’s real estate market. Throughout her career, Sandra has continued her education in real estate management and practices.
