Read this before use.

Your Tweaklite is a high-quality instrument for applying color light in areas determined by an expert. Before use, recharge the instrument completely using a USB charger. Charge = red, full = green.

Press the key briefly to activate the instrument, wait for the tone. The instrument is now ready for use. Too long pressing the button will activate the test colors. For manual switching off, press and hold the switch-off button for 4 seconds, wait for the tone.

Follow the instructions in the manual. The Tweaklite switches itself off after 4 minutes when it is no longer in use.

Application is intended solely for well-being and does not replace any medical treatment. If in doubt, consult your doctor.

Attention! Never look directly into the light, it can dazzle and do not use the instrument during pregnancy or epilepsy. The standard is optional.

Goal

The treatment with the TCM protocols are intended for professional guidance because it can have a crystallizing effect on current physical complaints.

Treatments with Meridian Tweaks initially have a liberating effect but can also set "sleeping" clusters of similar but totally different emotions related to totally different situations in motion.

This can be accompanied by vegetative reactions of great discomfort afterward. It is advisable to point out the possibility of this to your client.

Reordering of emotional experience can be compared to stirring in the soup: anything can come to the surface, and that must be taken seriously.

Background Information

The Meridian Tweaklites set emotions in motion that have been locked up for too long, which will bring on a liberating effect. Emotions are current movements in the state of mind as a result of stimuli from within (hunger, thirst, lust, desire, expectations), and from outside (climate, environment, situations, events, behavior of others).

The way we personally interpret these events with our senses, in terms of possible danger (increased alertness, being on edge), uncomfortability and painfulness (rigidity, armoring, blocked energy), pleasantness and pleasure (relaxing and energizing), energy-consuming discouragement ("one, not all, not all!") or challenge (motivating), is decisive.

Memories of similar situations in the past instinctively play a major role in this. NLP calls it PPP: The Pain-Pleasure-Principle. Instinctively we prefer to move away from pain and cold, towards pleasure and warmth.

But often we think that events are inevitable and inevitable. Instead of emotionally "balancing" changing circumstances through flexible behavioral adjustment and clarity towards others, we conform to that inevitable, which can have a debilitating and undermining effect on our mental and physical well-being.

Then we become strategically conflict-avoiding (we just are not present, or we apparently go with the breeze), conflict seeking or presumptuous (it is up to the other one) or internally rebellious from passive resistance (we say yes, to avoid "hassle", but we secretly do nice and say no).

Strategic behavior is mainly the result of countless mental projections and ingrained convictions that have nothing to do with real emotions, let alone with actual reality. Because the literal origin of the word emotion comes from the Latin "emovere": moving outward.

In this sense, emotions are authentic, necessary and natural reactions from within in order to come back into harmonic communication and especially clarity with our living environment after a temporary disturbance. And so, it only really goes wrong when these emotions are mentally suppressed, denied or blocked.

The Meridian Tweaks have been developed to help transform all these things from negative to positive.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic medicine emotions are respectively related to organs and 12 vital life functions, expressed in meridians and chakras (transforming centers of consciousness). Hence 12 Meridian Tweaks are also linked to the 7 chakras.

It can often happen that during the treatment physical discharges occur spontaneously, (shivering, trembling, trembling, shocking movements, crying, hyperventilation, wanting to dive into each other, suddenly getting very cold, etc.) Be involved, but neutral, quiet and respectful, they are just waving movements in the sea of states of mind that come and go, like ebb and flow.

Instructions for treatment

Make sure that your therapy room has a pleasant temperature. Don't forget to cover your client well, because temporary hypothermia often occurs due to vegetative reactions (shivering, shivering, goose bumps).

Your client will only be fully back to his/her positives when there is good heating again.

It is sometimes advisable to only use this type of treatment if patients bring a companion.

You determine the duration of treatment yourself, between 1 and 2 minutes per point. In children and sensitive adults, a shorter duration is recommended. The total duration is 10 minutes.

It is always advisable to repeat the treatment that is effective daily in your own environment.
