Project Overview

This proposal is for a service platform that includes services like mergers, acquisitions, strategic planning, restructuring, takeover, and valuation Business and Assets turnaround, buyback.

The proposed project will have two user types Users (who can subscribe any plan to view features of the site, view details, rules,

definitions, documents required etc. and use services and tools provided)

Admin (who manages the system from admin panel). A dashboard will be provided to the admin from where he/she can manage user profile details, subscribed plan, downloaded forms and account settings

Function Specification

Modules that will be there in the projects are : USERS Modules:

Registration login with his/her credentials subscribe user plan, manage personal details, manage payments

and manage account settings Navigate to various sections available on site User can search, view and access various tools User can fill the details in contact form
