Elia engineering Pvt Ltd formerly known as Elia infra buildcon Pvt Ltd has been

formed in 2011 and has been working in association with M/S Mahesh Deshpande

MEP Engineers & Consultants.

Company is focused on MEP design consultancy for all sectors of business like

residential, commercial as well as industrial.

Our firm has worked with many MNC clients as on date and believes in complete

professionalism and accuracy when it comes to deliverables

The board of directors and the core team is having vast experience in the industry to

cater to the MEP consultancy services.

The company was formed to meet the demand for “High quality and Innovative”

engineering design solutions for building services and strives to achieve its goals.

building services like (HVAC) Air-conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing, Building

A B-Tech Production Engineer graduated from govt college of engineering Pune. Having extensive experience

of more that 10 years in the field of MEP services. He has served companies like Kirloskar consultants and

Kirloskar Chillers for more than 6 years in the same field. Good technical know how about MEP services and

having expertise in design as well as execution of the projects in industrial as well as commercial sectors. A

visionary person believing in complete transparency and delivering quality projects to the customer. He

posses the expertise in HVAC and fire fighting design and tendering

Mr Mahesh Deshpande (Director)

A BE Electrical Engineer 2002 Batch With a vast and rich experience of more than 16 years in all industry

verticals Mr. Deshpande, with his design skills has worked across various industry verticals like Residential,

Commercial, communications, Industrial, Townships, IT and Infrastructure. An expert in all the areas of right

from requirement gathering, solution architecture, commercial assessment, vendor selection and

implementation, Mr. Deshpande follows a process intensive technique for a fool proof design planning.

Mr. Anup M. Kankaria (Director)

A civil engineer by profession, Mr. Anup has 22 years of extensive experience in the fields of industrial

infrastructure and real estate development. He possesses all the qualities of a dynamic businessman such

as excellent management skills, technical know how, leadership qualities and visionary abilities. Giving the

right direction for development and a constant source of motivation, he has been leading the company

towards success and growth.

DESIGN SERVICES – SCOPE OF WORK Data accumulation for electrical & allied systems in our scope through meetings with client and other consultants

Load calculations and assessment of actual demand, possible maximum demands, rating of transformer, substation

requirements, D.G. set requirements

Detail drawings of the power system like distribution cables, Panels & Distribution boards, cable sizing, power outlets,

and power wiring. Layouts for the power distribution system. Single line diagrams

Lighting scheme design for internal and external lighting, lighting layouts with SLDs. Selection of fixtures

Detail layout drawings for earthing systems

Detailing and drawings for communication & other LV systems

ELECTRICAL SAFETY AUDIT General Scope of work for Electrical Safety Audit

Physical Inspection of plant with reference to applicable Indian Standards, Indian

Electricity Rules. And other relevant codes of practice & identifying electrical hazards

(Shocks, fire etc.)

Review of protection devices / systems of electrical installation.

Examination of adequacy of plan lightening protection system as per Indian

standards.

Review of electrical accidents to identify root cause of the accidents.

Review of EPM (Electrical preventive Maintenance) programme in the plant & to

examine the documentation, checklist, work permit, test records etc & to suggest

recommendations as per standard.

To evaluate earthing systems (Installation & Maintenance) in the plant based on IS

3043 & to suggest recommendations.

To evaluate potential electrical fire hazards in the plant electrical installation & to

suggest fire protection measures as per applicable standards.

Visit Reports to rectify errors with suggestions.
