CHANGE AT THE TOPFor the first time in 20 years, the Flames have a new leader this season. Kelly Findley has taken over as head coach of the Liberty men’s program. Jeff Alder, who helmed the pro-gram for 19 years, stepped down to take another position within the athletic department.

A veteran of the coaching ranks, Findley is in his 14th year as a head coach. His previous stops have been at N.C. State, Butler and Mars Hill.

AMONG THE ASSIST LEADERSLiberty freshman Seth Clark enters the weekend second in the ASUN Conference with three assists. Clark has started every game of his first season with the Flames and scored his first career goal in Liberty’s 2-1 victory over Duquesne, Tuesday.

HOMEWORKStarting with Tuesday night’s 2-1 win over Duquesne, the Flames will play six of their last seven regular season match-es at home. Duquesne began Liberty’s October schedule on Tuesday.
