All superbly appointed meeting rooms are located in a self-contained area on the ground floor, adjacent to a dedicated Conference Reception and Business Centre. Each meeting room enjoys natural light or views over the atrium. All meeting rooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with mood lighting controls, blackout screens and audio/visual equipment. Our smaller rooms all offer data projectors and screens whilst our larger meeting facilities offer your event 50’’ plasma screens with DVD and video. And what’s more, there is no extra charge for basic in-situ audio-visual equipment! Longley Suite The Longley Suite, with a capacity of 270 theatre style can be divided to form two large, soundproofed rooms, each with the following state of the art facilities built into a media wall:

Basic A/V equipment is included in the room hire or delegate rate. The Longley Suite also features unique break-out options including a foyer area, the 4-storey atrium or the Fountain Terrace. Function, Weddings and Special Events At the Arora Hotel Gatwick/Crawley, we have a range of function rooms to cater for all special occasions and events. The hotel is also licensed to hold Civil Wedding Ceremonies. The Longley Suite is the perfect setting for larger functions and caters for up to 170 guests, with a private reception and bar area, dance floor and access onto the fountain terrace. The Palm Suite is ideal for more intimate functions and caters for up to 50 guests. For smaller parties, we have a range of rooms for executive or private dinners.

Boardroom Overlooking the Atrium, offering luxurious leather chairs, walnut tabling and a stunning hand crafted walnut credenza, the Boardroom is the perfect setting and ultimate levels of comfort for up to 12 delegates. The two 50’’ plasma screens raise from the credenza at the touch of a button, as the curtains automatically close and the lights dim. The room hire includes:

The Sussex Suite Located on the ground floor next to the Business Centre, the Sussex Suite boasts a fixed boardroom table for up to 15 delegates. and has the added advantage of an interconnecting syndicate room. The Palm Suite The Palm Suite is a large room, flooded with natural daylight and ideal for breakfast meetings or private dinners. The room has the option of an in-room lounge or the main Atrium as its breakout area.

Meetings rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 Ideal for interviews, syndicates and small meetings for up to 10 delegates, Meeting rooms 1, 2, 3 and 7 are fully equipped with a working wall consisting of a 1 whiteboard, 1 flipchart and a wall-mounted data projector and screen to project video and PC images. For meetings and events for up to 32 delegates, meeting rooms 4, 5 and 6 feature a working wall consisting of 2 whiteboards, 2 flipcharts, a 50’’ plasma screen, video/CD/DVD and input for 2 PC’s.

Wireless Internet Access Guests are able to log onto their corporates IT networks, the web and emails quicker than ever before – all without the need to plug in! We have teamed up with the leading pan-European wireless Internet network provide ‘Swisscom Eurospot’ to offer this service. The wireless service complements the fixed access that Swisscom Eurospot already supports.

LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS

Road From the M23, exit at junction 10 taking the A2011 to Crawley. At the first roundabout take the second exit towards the town centre. At the second roundabout take the first exit towards the County Mall. Go straight pass the County Mall, through two sets of traffic lights - the County Mall should be on your right - and under the railway bridge. The hotel is on your right.

Bus The nearest bus stop to the hotel is Southgate

Avenue North, near the hotel entrance. There is a Fastway bus connection linking up with Crawley’s leisure and business districts and Gatwick Airport.

Rail Crawley mainline station is adjacent to the hotel,

with frequent train services to London Victoria, Brighton and the region. There is private direct access from platform 2 into the hotel grounds.

Air Gatwick Airport South terminal is just 8 minutes

by train.
