Meeting Minutes of Purchase Committee held on 07/09/2020 regarding Price Selection of Drugs/Disposables/Biological Items/Medical Devices/Non Drug Items .

A meeting of the Purchase Committee Members was held in the Conference Room Administration Block MTI:KTH on 07/09/2020 at 11:00 AM under the Chairmanship of Hospital Director Khyber Teaching Hospital: MTI Peshawar. Following members attended the meeting;

Agenda: Selection/Approval of DRUGS / BIOLOGICALS, SURGICAL DISPOSABLES / MEDICAL DEVICES / NON DRUG ITEMS FOR THE YEAR 2020-21

Decision/Description.

1. Meeting started in presence of all committee members. 2. Manager Supply Chain briefed the members about agenda of the meeting. 3. The decisions for selection of rates/prices made on basis of best evaluated bid. 4. The prices of all the drugs and following mentioned disposable items are selected/approved by the committee;-

LP Needle/Spinal Needle, Pencil point spinal needle all sizes, IV Fluid administrative set , Disposable Syringe all sizes , I.V Cannula all Sizes, Crape Bandage all sizes Surgical absorbent Cotton carded 100 gm and 200 gm.

5. The sutures along with disposables items other than selected will be finalized later after market survey. 6. Complete details are mentioned below;
