A. To promote the welfare of our children by supporting teachers and parents while providing enrichmentactivities for students so they have the best advantages in physical, mental, and social education whilefully experiencing the world around them.
IV. Reading of the Minutes from AugustV. Financial ReportVI. Committee Reports
A. Coronado Homecoming Parade Jessica - Parade starts at 9am, meet other BV studentsand parents at the corner of Colorado Ave and 28th no later than 8:30. PTA will supplydecorations. Wear BV colors or BV Gear.
B. Box Tops and Campbells Labels Nadean - October 15th deadline for fall drive.
C. Fall Carnival Jessica - in the evening on October 25th! If you would like to be involved, havesuggestions or questions, please contact Jessica [email protected] or Tinya [email protected].
D. For the Love of the Arts Barbara Diamond class update. Status of the committeegoing forward.
E. Teacher/Staff AppreciationF. Classroom HelpersG. ARC Stuff-the-Truck wonderful job on the fall event! We reached the $1000 mark.
Spring event will be April 4th-6th, 2014.H. Up and coming committees: Read-a-Thon, Winter Arts, others???

A. Membership Report to be included as a member, please be sure that youve completed theenvelope so you can be counted. If you have already submitted the envelope, see a boardmember after the meeting to get your membership card.
