HOME LEARNING

The school has developed a school-wide policy on homework / home learning.

Students will be expected to develop, share and celebrate their understandings. They will make connections between topics covered in class in creative and meaningful ways.

One of the most crucial components of Home Learning is the sharing and reflecting process.

Accommodation and food!A hotel accommodating boys and girls separately in

rooms of 2-5 students.

What must you do?Be sure to help your child to pack sensibly,

according to the list provided. Students may bring electronic games/ipods for the bus but they will be collected once they get off the bus.

Cell phones are definitely not allowed at all, this is a Village Camps rule.

Discuss “homesickness” or separation anxiety with your child as necessary.

Be enthusiastic and look forward to the trip together with your child.
