Faculty Meet and Greet

Please join us in kicking off our 2015-2016 Literacy Colloquy Speaker Series by attending our session Meet the Language and Literacy Faculty.

This session is an opportunity to meet faculty whose research is in language and literacy. We will host scholars from CITE, CEPSE, Writing, Rhetoric and American Cultures, Second Language Studies,

Chicano/Latino Studies, and EPET, so this is a great opportunity to meet new faces and learn about the amazing work happening at MSU in the study of literacy. Representatives from the Michigan Reading

Journal (MRJ), Research in the Teaching of English (RTE), and the Journal of Teacher Education (JTE) will also be at this session to share opportunities about how to get involved in these three journals, which

are currently edited by MSU faculty and students.

In the first part of the session speakers will introduce themselves and their research. Following introductions, we will have a more informal meet-and-greet where speakers and attendees can mingle and

get to know one another.

MSU Literacy is proud to present this interdisciplinary, cross-departmental group of scholars.
