Who would be the audience for your media product?Abielle InegbenebhoQuestion 4AudienceI have aimed my target audience, to be 18 year olds to middle aged adults (45 year olds). This is because, due to having the ability to work, earn money and having a matured interest in Blues & Soul music, they would be able to both purchase the 2.95 magazine and enjoy the context.

Typical Magazine ReaderThe audience that would read my magazine, would be someone that isnt that time consuming, so would have a lot of time on their hands. They are most likely to be in education (College, University) due to receiving educational incomes, and ability to work. My magazine, does not separate gender so it isnt categorised as a male or female magazine.My audience would be seen as kind-hearted as they listen to a genre of music which is calming. Contrasting to a Rock-themed magazine. Their social class, would be middle or working class due to working in public areas. For example, working at retail, hospitality or charity work.

Target AudienceWhen handing out my questionnaires, I did not find out a lot about the typical Blues & Soul magazine reader. However, I found out that my target audience are aware of the society they live in, and observe everything around them.
