All advertising materials should be received by the initial date to allow time for any necessary adjustments. The final copy must be submitted by the final date listed. If copy is not received by this date, artwork from a previous issue will be used if available.

Cancellations will not be accepted after the final listed date.

All ads must be submitted electronically via email, Dropbox, or similar. For email submissions or to share on Dropbox, please contact [email protected].

Ads must be prepared in the specified dimensions per page 2 of this media kit. Improperly sized ads will be returned for adjustments.

Ads must be submitted as either a jpg, gif, or png file. We cannot accept any other file format. If you are unable to prepare an ad in the designated formats, we can prepare an ad for you for a $100 set-up fee. Please be sure to include the desired hyperlink for your ad when submitting artwork.
