One of the main features that attracts tourists to Laureles is the walkability of the neighborhood. Everything that you could want is within easy walking distance and the area itself is not only safe but very pleasant to be in. Unlike El Poblado, Laureles is very flat, making it very easy to get from one place to another.

FAR International has conducted extensive research with our tax and legal advisors in order to provide the best structure for our investors to maximize several key components of our investments including:
• Returns from cash flow/appreciation• Currency diversification• Tax minimization• VISA solutions and more. Now our PREPS investors will have the possibility to invest through either a Colombian Company (S.A.S.) or through a Panamanian (S.A.). Both companies will be managed by FAR International and will act as separate entities, they will only be related through capital injection. Investors opting for the Colombian S.A.S. will be able to use their investment towards obtaining a Colombian TP7 one year visa or use it towards obtaining a Colombia Five Year Investor’s Visa. Also, they can receive their dividends payments and any future
capital gains directly in Colombian Pesos in Colombia and compound those returns in their Alianza Valores brokerage account or Colombian bank account. The dividend payments distributions will have a 5% tax withholding that can be credited towards the US taxes declaration. Investing via the Colombia SAS will require the setup of a Colombian brokerage account. Investors opting for the Panamanian S.A.do not need to set up a brokerage account.To fund your investment, it is only necessary to send a wire transfer to our Panamanian bank account. The process is much simpler and faster; and there is no need to fill registration forms every time funds are brought into the project.

How to reserve yourPREP investment
● Send a 5% refundable reservationdeposit via the FAR PayPal account ([email protected]) or by credit card or with cash/transfer from a Colombian bank or brokerage account.
● Shares will be reserved on a first come first served basis.
● Investor will have five days once the deposit has been received to review the PREP Operating Agreement after which time the deposit will become non-refundable.
