Conduction Retherm SystemStyle and function combine to offer the patient fresh, hot meals without compromising the cold foods on the tray. The Perfect•Temp® mobile retherm cart utilizes state-of-the art conduction technology to rethermalize only the hot entrees on the tray, while maintaining HACCP standards for cold foods and beverages . Hot entree sections are positioned on pads and rethermalize while the refrigerated portions remain cold .

VersatilityEach tray in the Perfect•Temp® cart can be customized to different settings for the heated portions, allowing a wide variety of options for individualized patient service . Insulated covers retain serving temps during meal delivery .

Base Heating EquipmentThe core unit for any Wax Base system is the Dinex Base Heater . This equipment will heat 100 wax bases and dispense them on the meal production line . Meet HACCP regulations and ensure maximum food safety with state-of-the-art Blast Chill/Shock Freeze equipment from Dinex . Machines are available in five sizes; 30 lb ., 45 lb ., 70 lb ., 110 lb . and 175 lb . capacities, all constructed with polished stainless steel and high-density polyurethane insulated . Self-contained refrigeration lowers food temperatures from 160ºF (71ºC) to 38ºF (3 .3ºC) in less than two hours .

Ideal for hospital tray assembly lines, flight kitchens, cafeterias, fast food operations or any meal assembly trayline . The air curtain allows easy access to prepared and portioned foods while the door remains open . Temperatures remain HACCP compliant up to 45 minutes with the door open .

The Dinex Air Curtain refrigerator features all-stainless steel interior and exterior, with removable stainless steel pan slides . Available with glass or stainless steel door, with an exterior temperature-sensing dial to maintain consistent refrigeration . Constructed with rear push handle and wrap-around bumpers .
