The Landings at Longwood's Homeowner's Association Notice of Election for Board of Directors and Annual Meeting Notice is hereby provided that the (annual) election of the directors of The Landings Homeowners' Association will be held on June 20th, 2018 at 7:00 pm located at the Longwood City Commission Building; 175 West Warren Ave. Longwood FL, 32750. Voting: The election will be conducted by written ballot, said ballot to be provided at the meeting. Members will be entitled to the votes assigned to their units. CANDIDATE FOR THE BOARD: Any homeowner or any eligible person desiring to become a candidate for eletion to the board may be nominated from the floor at the meeting. Ballots will be provided at the meeting. If you would like to be considered for a Board position at the 2018 Annual Meeting, please complete the Notice of Intent form received in the mail and return it to the Top Notch office. FREE MEALS FOR STUDENTS DURING SUMMER MONTHS
Seminole County Public Schools’ (SCPS) Dining Services
Department will be participating in the Summer Food Ser-
vice Program during the months of May, June, July and Au-
gust at various Summer BreakSpot locations. The Summer
BreakSpots are at locations with corresponding enrichment
activities, including the Seminole County Library, select
SCPS schools and recreation centers. Nutritionally balanced
meals will be provided to ALL children, 18 years old and
younger, at no charge during summer vacation when school
breakfasts and lunches are not available. To find a Summer
BreakSpot location near you, visit the SCPS Dining Services
website at diningservices.scps.us/summer for an interactive
map of serving locations, times, dates and menus or call
SCPS Dining Services at 407-320-0226 for more infor-
mation.

The Landings Hoa homeowner Inspection Process…
We moved here because we love the beauty and park-like setting of The Landings.
Top Notch Management conducts a community-wide inspection approximately once a month to make sure homes and property maintain an attractive appearance in keeping with our by-laws and covenants. A letter is sent to the homeowner if a violation is found.
IF YOU RECEIVE A VIOLATION, IT IS SUGGESTED YOU
CONTACT TOP NOTCH IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO CORRECT
THE SITUATION IN A TIMELY MANNER. OTHERWISE YOU
WILL CONTINUE TO RECEIVE VIOLATION NOTICES
WHICH MAY LEAD TO A FINE.

When our new by-laws went into effect at the beginning of the year, a Resolution Committee was formed to meet with homeowners who have a chronic history of unresolved violations. According to Florida statutes, if the homeowner refuses to correct the violation, he can be fined by the HOA.
The rules of the Resolution Committee are established. Homeowners with long standing violations, who have not contacted Top Notch will be sent final notices and will be required to meet or contact the Resolution Committee to hopefullu, find a solution to the violations.
IF THE HOMEOWNER DOES NOT RESPOND, A FINE WILL BE IMPOSED!

POOL AND TENNIS RULES REPEATED TO BENEFIT NEW RESIDENTS NOTE: POOLS RULES WERE UPDATED THIS YEAR
SWIMMING POOL RULES (eff. 1/2018)
1. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY AT ANY TIME.
2. CALL 911 FOR AN EMERGENCY. (Pool Address 964 Harbour Dr.)
3. Pool Hours 8 AM TO 10 PM Sharp. Bathing Load 27.
4. NO GLASS ALLOWED IN THE GATED AREA OR CABANA.
5. NO FOOD OR DRINK PERMITTED IN THE POOL OR ON THE POOL STEPS.
6. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED WITHIN THE GATE.
7. NO DIVING. NO RUNNING. NO BACKFLIPS.
8. Pool Restricted to RESIDENTS and RESIDENT-ESCORTED GUESTS.
A HOUSEHOLD IS LIMITED TO 6 NON-RESIDENT GUESTS.
9. Anyone UNDER the AGE OF 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
10. After 7:00 PM, Anyone UNDER the AGE OF 16 must be accompanied
by a responsible adult.
11. Children NOT TOILET TRAINED must wear diapers approved for swimming.
12. The pool safety rope, net and life preserver are not toys and not to be played with.
13. If rope is removed for lap swimming, return it to its proper position when finished.
14. Please wear proper bathing attire.
15. Shower before entering pool. No soap in the shower.
16. No loud radios. No oversized floats when pool is full.
17. Trash and cigarette butts are to be disposed of in proper receptacles.
18. Please close/tie the umbrella, return furniture to original position when leaving.
19. Transferring the pool pass to any non-resident is prohibited.
20. Any resident not conforming to pool rules can be fined or lose pool privileges.
THE CABANA CAN BE RENTED FOR A PARTY FOLLOWING HOA GUIDELINES.
NO PARTIES ON HOLIDAY WEEKENDS EXCEPT HOA SPONSORED RESIDENT PARTIES.
