Rolling Over Requirements
Epicenter’s support team completes the roll over Setup or deactivate all schools and boards before the roll over All requirements or multi-entity only Add 52 weeks or 1 year Collection requirements remain as a collection Only entities included in original requirement will be included Recommend reviewing requirements once they are rolled over:
Is the document or certification of completion still required? Has the due date changed? Is the due date falling on a weekend/holiday?
Please contact our team when you are ready to roll-over your requirements!

Reviewing Requirements
Questions to Ask: Why are we collecting this
document? Is this document satisfying a
contractual or legal requirement?
Are there new requirements that need to be added to Epicenter?
Are there other documents that you would like to collect from your schools or internal staff?

Clean-up Unsatisfied Requirements
Follow up with the school or responsible area to determine why the requirement hasn’t been completed Training issue User changes Responsible area is unsure of how to satisfy the requirement School or Board is not required to submit the requirement
If the school will not be completing the requirement, you can: Forgive the requirement Delete the requirement

Complete Submission Approval Tasks
Search in Document Center for submissions pending approval Open the Submissions Summary by Entity report to see breakdown by school
and board Follow up with those that have approval pending submissions
Have there been any changes to your approvers? Are there submission statuses you would like to rename or add?
Rename the Approved status to Received or Compliant Add on additional submission statuses such as Approval On Hold or Partially
Compliant Contact your Epicenter Client Support Specialist for changes

Reviewing User Accounts
• Use the User Security administration link to search and delete users that are no longer active
• Open the User Sign-In Activity report to see when users last logged into Epicenter

Evaluate Compliance Performance
Compare 2014-2015 compliance statistics to previous school years
Review your Star Rating performance levels Recognize schools who’s percentages have
improved or continued to excel Consult with schools who’s percentages are less
than desired Have School Principal put together an action plan
on how they will improve their compliance performance

Simplify Board Meetings:Distribute Your Board Meeting Packet

Eliminate Duplication:Automatically Post Documents to Websites
Epicenter Steps:
1. Designate submission types for transparency
2. Create customized HTML code(s)
3. Send the HTML code(s) to your school
4. School inputs HTML code(s) into its website
5. Submission name(s) will automatically appear as
hyperlinks on the school’s website
