introduction
• “Developing a culture of quality may be the best way forward rather than either advocating resources as quality products or simply promoting quality practices and quality processes.”

OER in Quality Assurance
1. QUALITY AS A PRODUCT
2. QUALITY AS A PROCESS
3. CREATIVE COMMONS
CONCLUSION
In our pursuit towards providing QUALITY Educational Resources to all Fiji citizens, OER offers free, accessible and Quality Resources that are
licensed under Creative Commons to which we shall ensure are processed through existing quality assurance frameworks as the National Curriculum and HEI Qualification Standards or the adoption of
Educational Resources shared by globally recognized Institutions repositories such as OER COMMONS, ISKME, UNESCO, Athabasca
University and Commonwealth of Learning. Practicing quality ensures a culture of quality.
