His main focus is on identifying and reali-sing smart marketing communications, along with creating and implementing automated and efficient processes.

Matthieu Bossan • Regional Enterprise Solutions Category Manager Matthieu primary responsibilities are the introduction of new software solutions and the execution of Kodak’s Enterprise strategy to maximise the business opportunity in the European, Africa and Middle-East markets. Working in close collaboration with the software R&D teams in Vancouver, Canada, he ensures that high value solutions are delivered to the market with the right channels. Matthieu has over 10 years of experience in the graphics arts and software industry, with a degree in engineering and a post-graduate degree in business

Charles Crouch • On-line Marketing Professor Boston University Charles is a Lecturer in e-Business, Boston University Brussels, Online Business Consulting. He works with organisations to improve their online performance through workshops, seminars and direct collaboration, including online business strategy, Web marketing, and website design to support business operations.

Peter Lancaster • European Pioneer of Marketing Services 2.0 Peter, provides both strategic and operational expertise for today’s rapidly changing market. Participants need to pay for the following:

• their travel to and from the venue (Kodak La Hulpe, Belgium)
