• Markaz IHRAM-IGNOU Community College is an institution registered under the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) community college scheme. The concept of community colleges is new and unconventional. It helps for developing skill for employment and self employability particularly to the marginalized and under privileged sections of society
