HEALTH TIPS TO DECREASE SPREAD OF

FLU OR OTHER VIRUSES Stay at home if you or a family member is experiencing cold or flu symptoms. If you suspect or actually become exposed to the Coronavirus, isolate yourself and notify your doctor for further instructions. Separate your self from persons who are sick. Avoid sharing drinks with your family from same drinking utensil. Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth with your hands. Cover mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing with tissues when possible. TIPS TO PREVENT SPREAD OF BACTERIA

AND VIRUSES FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER AT HOME AND AT CHURCH

Good and Frequent Hand Washing

Wash hands after coughing, sneezing and handling of secretions from nose and mouth, using disposable tissues. Avoid use of handkerchiefs for secretions.

Wash hands with soap and warm water using friction for 15 to 30 secs.

Dry hands using dry disposable towel and use towel to cut off faucet and to open the door to exit the room.

Use alcohol based gels and wipes to cleanse surfaces to fight spread of germs.

Avoid Holding Hands During Prayers

Our hands are one of most common vehicles for spread of bacteria and viruses.

Avoid Greeting at Church With Hugs and Cheek or Forehead Kisses

Hugs and kisses may be ways of spread of disease from the skin and by secretions (droplets) from the mouth.

Avoid Greeting With Hand Shakes
