Lenten Prayer VigilDayspring is participating in the Lenten Prayer Vigil sponsored by the Conference Board of Church & Society. As a church, we were asked to pray from 6 PM on Wednesday, March 31, until midnight on Friday, April 2. For those who would like to pray at the church, the Sanctuary will be open and the Labyrinth will be available in Fellowship Hall on Wednesday evening from 6 PM - 9 PM., and Thursday & Friday from 8 AM - 7 PM. Please plan on taking some time during our assigned hours to be in prayer.

Dayspring Youth Ministry (DYM):** 10:15 - 11:30 - Sr. High in Room 111** 10:15 - 11:30 - Jr. High in Room 110**Confirmation Class: Confirmation class will meet this afternoon 1:30 - 3:30PM. There will be no confirmation class on Easter. ** Easter Sunrise Practice and Setup: All participating youth are
asked to be at Easter Sunrise practice and setup which will be held Saturday, April 3, beginning at 10:00AM. We should be done by 1:00PM, but please plan to stay longer if necessary.
** Easter Sunrise Arrival Times: All youth involved in the Easter Sunrise Service should be in the church courtyard no later than 5:15AM on Sunday morning. All Junior High youth are expected to meet in the Fellowship Hall to help set up and serve the breakfast no later than 6AM.
The Explorer’s Class - The Explorer’s Class concludes its study today on the Resurrection of Jesus. The class will NOT meet next Sunday on Easter but will resume on Sunday, April 11, when Dr. Bob Hall will begin a 4-week series on the Formation of the New Testament. Class meets at
9:00 a.m. in the Adult Room.
Book Club - The monthly Book Club will be discussing The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini, on Wednesday, April 7, from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. in Room 110. If you are interested in attending, please contact Carol Coleman at [email protected] or (480) 838-1446. All are welcome to attend!
Unnamed Women of the Bible - Rev. Dr. Jane Tews will be leading this 4-week study beginning on Thursday, April 15, in Room 112, from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. All are welcome to attend. No pre-registration is necessary.

Singles at Dayspring -Singles, Etc. Lunches - Each Sunday after the second service, those who want to go out for lunch as a group meet at the restaurant listed below. If you attend first service, please join us! We gather around noon under the name “Dayspring”. March 28 - Coco’s - SW corner of Elliot and Priest.
Family Promise - Dayspring will host Family Promise April 4 - April 11. Sign-up sheets will be available after both services today on the patio. Also, please save the date . . . the 10th Annual Stars and Angels Award Dinner will be held at the Desert Botanical Garden on April 10 from 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. At this event a STAR family that has graduated from the program is awarded, as well as an ANGEL, a person who has supported the organization.
Easter Parking - As a reminder, Dayspring’s Boy Scout Troop 172 will direct traffic on Easter morning. Please use the North Entrance (closest to the church) to enter the parking lot. Scouts will direct you down an aisle that has open spaces. After the service, use the South Exit (back of lot), and turn left to exit. This helps keep traffic moving through the lot and neighborhood smoothly. Thank you for your cooperation.
