Form Your Sub Team

Visually Lay Out Your Community

• Google Maps is a great place to start!

• Look for:– Community Centers– Local Businesses– Rotary Clubs, Free Masons, Other

Social Clubs• Make a list/spreadsheet/poster of all

the information

Organize Your Assets

• Find the best strategy for your team–Excel, binder, word document, google doc, whatever

• Make notes about what places you’d like to follow up with–Contact Information–Best person to talk to–Mission statements (if available)
