?In 1986 we started our first Lead Smelting plant in Mangalore.

?In 2006 our second Lead Smelting & Alloying plant in Mangalore commenced its operations.

?In 2007 we started our third Lead Smelting & Alloying plant in Coimbatore.

?In 2008 we diversified our activities into Plastics and we started our plastics reprocessing unit in

Mangalore.

?In 2009 JC Groups further diversified its activity by producing lead acid batteries in Coimbatore.

?In 2010 JC groups started Aluminium Recycling & Alloying plant in Mangalore.

?In 2010 we started our second Plastics recycling unit in Coimbatore.

?In 2011 the company expanded its recycling capacity with production of 300 MT per month. In

the same year, the company started granulating its plastic scraps and started trading of other

plastic scraps like Nylon, PBT, PET, TFPP, Noryl, PMMA, Polycarbonate etc.

The Journey of Jayachandran Group of Companies was started in late 1970 's.

Products

PPCP:

Our natural granules are made from reprocessed battery Plastics. Polypropylene copolymer is a thermoplastic polymer and

has wide applications, including furniture's, textiles, laboratory equipment, loudspeakers, automotive components and

battery casings. This type of plastic usually has good resistance from fatigue, they are strong and opaque. The granules are

mostly of natural grade and are also available in colors like red, green, blue and black.

ABS:

We manufacture superior quality ABS Granules FR Grade from Battery Plastics. The ABS Granules FR range is fabricated by

using superior quality raw material. The granules are available in black, grey and white color.

HIPS:

We also produce High Impact Polystyrene Plastic granules from battery Plastics.

Apart from the above mentioned plastics , we also deal with other plastic scraps such as Nylon, PBT, PET, TFPP, Noryl, PMMA,

Polycarbonate, Delrin, Celcon, PPCP (Extrusion Grade) etc.
