DescriptionFundación Repsol is launching the Entrepreneurial Volunteering initiative worldwide. This initiative selects volunteer projects presented by employee, retiree, and pre-retiree volunteers of the Repsol Group, Fundación Repsol, and Dynasol that have been jointly designed with social organisations to receive financial aid from Fundación Repsol.

Fundación Repsol will select up to 10 volunteer projects that will receive financial aid to a value of up to €10 000.

We will collaborate with Fundación Lealtad to evaluate the proposals.

ObjectiveHelp channel the social concerns of Repsol volunteers and meet the real and prioritised social needs of the area.

TimeThis initiative has a flexible schedule, as it is the volunteer who manages their time to design and implement the project alongside the collaborating social organisation.

Functions of the volunteers of the selected projects• Act as the link between the social organisation benefiting from the project and

Fundación Repsol.

• Create project proposals together with the social organisation.

• Start up the selected volunteering project and coordinate any activities related to it.

• Act as a coordinating volunteer in the implementation of the volunteering activities proposed in the selected project. In the event they are unable to carry out these functions due to force majeure, the promoting volunteer must select other coordinating volunteers for each of the activities.

• Provide Fundación Repsol with the required documentation, in accordance with the indications established by Fundación Repsol, so that the social organisation benefiting from the project receives the specified financial aid.

Volunteers submit their volunteering project proposals through a specific platform developed for this initiative.

1 – 28 February

F. Lealtad carries out an initial evaluation of the proposals and an initial screening of the projects.

1 – 15 March

F. Lealtad requests additional information to obtain more details about finalist proposals.

16 – 31 March

F. Lealtad carries out a second evaluation of the finalist proposals and the evaluation committee selects up to 10 projects.

1 April

FR publishes the list of selected projects.

Volunteers carry out the selected projects, engaging in the scheduled volunteering actions.

FR follows up on the projects to ensure they they are being correctly executed.

Volunteers must send the project closing report, and the social impact it has generated.

20 April 2020 – 20 April 2021

Volunteers submit the required documentation, as established in the terms and conditions, to receive financial aid and carry out the project.

ENTREPRENEURIAL VOLUNTEERINGProject requirements

Minimum requirements of the proposals to be evaluated:• Be implemented with the collaboration of a legally established and registered

non-profit organisation, present in the local community where the initiative is set to take place.

• Meet a social need related to the purposes of the social organisation.

• Take place locally in the countries where Repsol is present.

• Be fully implemented between 20 April 2020 and 20 April 2021.

• The following proposals will be excluded:

• All those that represent only financial aid to a social organisation for costs related to management, professional recruitment,or material resources.

• Collaboration of corporate foundations and associations, business schools and/or universities, private individuals, savings banks’ social Projects, or government bodies.

•Contribution to deal with or solve a social problem (number of beneficiaries plannedand relevance of the Project to improve quality of life and Access to opportunities,among others)

Social Impact

• Potential to get more volunteeres involved with an important role (number of volunteering actions planned, number of volunteers that will participate)

Volunteer involvement

• Contribution to the energy transition and/or employment of vulnerable groups.

Action area

•Presentation of innovative solutions with high potential to solve a social need.

Innovation

• Implementation of mechanisms that make Projects socially and financially feasible after the volunteers' intervention

Sustainaility

•Ability to be replicated in other areas where Repsol is present

Scalability

Participation requirements• Be an employee, pre-reitree, or retiree

of the Repsol Group, Fundación Repsol, or Dynasol, resident in the countries where Repsol is present.

• Be registered as a Repsol volunteer on the Repsol Volunteering portal.

• Submit the volunteer project proposal(s) via the following platform.

Registration processFor individual volunteers

1. Register as a Repsol volunteer on the Repsol Volunteering portal. If you are already a volunteer, access your private area.

2. Sign up for this initiative via the following link.

3. Once registered in the activity, you can send the proposal, completing the form at the following link so that we can assess the proposal.

For a team of volunteers

1. All team members must be previously registered as volunteers on the Repsol Volunteering portal.

2. You have to choose a volunteer leader who must register the team, signing up for the activity at the following link and adding the rest of the team as accompanying persons. It is important that all volunteers are registered so that they can be added by the team leader.

3. Once registered in the activity, the volunteer leader can send the proposal, completing the form at the following link,and selecting the number of people in the team so that we can assess the proposal.
