I simply introduce the SOB date updation program. This program can change SOB date per

vessel/voyage. This program works before manifest transfer to POD and it works before

manifest invoice.

SAMPLE : BL 220410002429, its SOB date should be on 21-APR-2014, so I simply introduce

how to change SOB date in the SOB date updation program?

Step 1: Run the sob date-updation program.

Step 2: Searching data.

After you entry the SOB date updation program, you need to search manifests per

vessel/voyage, then you can proceed to update SOB date, please see below screenshots.

After you complete to select vessel/voyage, system will auto fetch SOB date from voyage

master updation program, and then you proceed to press “Fetch” button to fetch data. please

After you fetch data, system will auto list BL numbers.

Step 3: You tick BL number that you want to update SOB date.

Step 4: You press the “Copy” button for you select BL numbers.

After you complete to select SOB date, you should press "Copy" button, then system will show

latest SOB date for each BL, please see below screenshot.

Step 5: You press the “Save” button for you complete to update SOB date.

After you complete to Copy SOB date to each BL, you need to save it, and then system

will save latest SOB date for each BL, please see below screenshot.

� How to verify to confirm SOB date has been changed?

Please go to Documentation->Afsys Query Programs->B/L Quick Query input BL Number

and click Find button, and then you can find the latest result. Please see below screenshots.
