Ukulele Taster Course The ukulele is a small instrument that looks like a guitar. It is relatively easy to strum compared to a guitar due to the strings used. One of the best things about learning a ukulele is that you can bring it anywhere to strum and make music with your friends and family. A child as young as 4 years old is well able to learn how to play the ukulele. To experience learning the ukulele, come join the Ukulele Group Taster course. A taster course allows you to have a hands-‐on practical experience at the ukulele. Better yet, if you just want to learn how to make music with an instrument that is easy to learn, portable and relatively cheap (compared to a piano!), sign up for the Ukulele course at Mandeville Conservatory today! Accolades Congratulations to Ms Natalia Kurganova’s Lords of the Strings violin group. They were awarded the Silver Award in the Chamber Music Competition (String Ensemble) category at the Singapore Raffles International Music Festival held on the 16th of August 2015.
