10. Student feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance/faculty
Performance
Feedback on class room instruction as well as laboratory is taken twice in a semester from the students, the first one immediately after completion of first midterm examinations and the second, one week before the last instruction day. The feedback is evaluated on 10 scale and the average performance index of each faculty is determined. Suggestions / Advices are given to faculty concerned. The feedback on institutional governance is taken from the outgoing students as well as the Alumni and action plan is implemented.
11. Grievance redressal mechanism For faculty, staff and students
Grievances Redressal cells of students and faculty are constituted as per the guidelines given by J.N.T. University Kakinada. All grievances of students will be addressed by a committee comprising of Principal, Student Affairs and Coordinator, Academic and Administrative Affairs.All grievances of staff members will be addressed by Management representative, Principal and Coordinator Academic & Administrative affairs. The grievances will be recorded and necessary measures will be taken up for their redressal.
