In this guide...Learn how to add, import and group contacts, so it’s easy to invite them to your meetings.

Managing your contacts page and address book Log into your account and click the Contacts tab at the top of the page. You can view your existing contacts and import new ones.

For complete contact information, click the contact name. You’ll also see details of the contact’s participation in your events as well as their last known location:

While in your Contacts tab you can:

Add or import new contacts Edit, export, or remove contacts Searchforaspecificcontact Display members of a contact list segment

Adding, editing and deleting contactsTo add a new contact, click Add Contact. Youcan import contacts fromafileoradd themone at a time:

To import, click Import from file, Upload file andselect thecontact listfile fromyourcomputer. ThesystemsupportsCSVandVcardfileformats.

When your file finishes uploading, use the mapping tool to specify the data for each column oftheimportedfileandclickSave:

You can also integrate your contact list with Facebook, Twitter and Google+. Click Integrate beside any social media icon:

If you hover above any of the details, an edit option will appear:

After you change the information don’t forget to Save.

To export your contacts, click Export in the bottom right corner of your screen and choose the destination format:

To remove a contact, go to Options in the bottom-right corner of your screen, hit Delete, andconfirm:

Inviting contactsGo to the Schedule tab to view your upcoming meetings and webinars. Click Actions to the right of the meeting name and then choose Invite:

Choose Participants or Presenters. Select Copy & Paste to add them one at a time. Remember to separate them by commas.

Or choose existing contacts to invite from your address book or your contact list segments. Use the search box (enter a name or email address) or select My search groups. Click Add attendee by the contact names to approve your selection:

When you finish, click I’ve finished adding contacts. Then choose an invitation email template and click Invite:

Contact list search groupsExisting contact list search groups appear on the left side of your screen. The system groups your contacts into two lists: those who attended your events and those who registered for your events. Click the list name to view the contacts in that group:

To create a new contact list segment, go to the Advanced search.Thendefineyoursearchconditions and click Save search conditions as...:

Your new custom contact list segment will appear in your Contacts tab under Saved search groups:
