Course Goal

The goal of this course is to equip you with the necessary knowledge, skills, and techniques so that managing scope becomes an ongoing process throughout the life of the project. The intent is to make scope management a team game.

Exercise GS.1 – Start A Personal Action Plan

This exercise will give you the opportunity to engage in action planning throughout the course.

• Retrieve the Action Plan Worksheet from the resources tab

• Listen as each course objective is explained

• Note down each objective in your action plan worksheet

• Keep the worksheet available throughout the course to record the learnings aligned with the objective, when experienced

• Suggestion: Use the notes pages or a blank writing tablet to record learnings from each module

• Consider: Segmenting the learnings by module source

• Suggestion: Record questions and answers
