Course Goal

The goal of this course is to equip you with the necessary knowledge, skills, and techniques so that managing scope becomes an ongoing process throughout the life of the project. The intent is to make scope management a team game.

This exercise will give you the opportunity to engage in action planning throughout the course. 

• Retrieve the Action Plan Worksheet from the resources tab

• Listen as each course objective is explained

• Note down each objective in your action plan worksheet
