The Slacker: The lazy, unmotivated one who usually ends up being carried by everyone else.

The Bossy One: The over-bearing one who seems to believe they have a right to be in charge.

The Keen One: Seems to have nothing better to do than work, tends to work a bit too hard…

The Off-tangent: Full of energy, but not for the subject in hand…would be great if they could only focus on the task in hand.

The Quiet One: Withdrawn so far no one really knows what is actually going on in their head… or what their role is…

The Negative: Everything is greeted with cynicism and negativity, or even outright blocking or nit-picking behaviour.
