We have a proven track record with our investors and with our residents. To date we have developed 20 low income housing projects from conception to completion, 13 of which we still own and manage. For over 40 years we have exceeded requirements and industry standards proving our clients and investors our commitment to success.

We employ 140 people. In addition, we work with hundreds of vendors and local service suppliers of all scales, thus benefiting the whole community.
For over 40 years Blanco Enterprises has been established as a leader of affordable housing development. Founder and visionary Carlos A. Nodarse understood the importance of not just providing decent, safe and clean residences for his community. He believed in building quality homes that served its residents opportunities that otherwise they were not able to afford.
Since 1969 our pioneering company has built partnership structures that provide tax contribution
benefits to investors. This vision is now applied through the LIHTC – a federal program where the use of tax credits serve as an instrument to make all these projects possible through sound investing.
Today we continue to be the leading experts in our field. Our history and years of experience dealing with the strict federal requirements ensure the security and effectiveness of our investments opportunities.
