The Account Summary is a high-level synopsis of how your account is set up with CIMCO.

For a top-line look at your billing structure, services with CIMCO and other important

information, the account summary is a good place to start.

Invoice

Not sure where you put the paper summary that arrived in the mail? The Invoice section is

an exact replica of the invoice summary you receive each month. Looking for past charges?

You can view up to six months of prior charges at the click of a button. Any time a line item

is underscored, you can click to get more detailed information.

Account Reports

Account Reports are a full listing of reports that are available to you. You can use these

resources to effectively manage your account. The following pages show examples of the

different types of reports available. Remember, everything is printable and can be

downloaded into Excel for further use.

Sample Account Reports:

Corporate Location Summary

The Corporate Location Summary report displays an overall service summary for each

customer location that is affiliated with a particular account. The detail includes: local, long

distance, calling card, data services, Internet changes, account services and regulatory fees,

taxes and surcharges for each location.

When you select account number on the left, you get a detailed look at each location

affiliated with your account.

Itemized Line Information

Looking for specific line information? The Itemized Line Information page shows all the

detail—line by line. You can see the type of service, line charges and usage on every single line

and you manage the associated costs with each line.

Line Usage Summary

The Detailed Line Usage report shows local and long distance, inbound and outbound calls.

Long Distance Query Summary

Retrieve information that is meaningful to their business by utilizing the Long Distance Query Tool.

You enter the criteria (minutes, cost, times called and inbound/outbound) and you’ll receive a

query that shows the results.

From the LD Query Summary page shown previously, you can obtain greater detail to show specific

information about every long distance call made from each of your lines. This tool can be a valuable

resource when calls are made out of normal business patterns.
