A Public Service Effort by the Malaysian Society of Nephrology

(MSN) in collaboration with Baxter

Campaign Objectives

• Increase general public awareness regarding kidney disease, causes and prevention

• Educate patients on proper management to prevent disease progression

• Educate patients on effective treatment of kidney failure : Haemodialysis, Peritoneal dialysis and Transplant

• Integrated media campaign

• Comprehensive, focused coverage in targeted publications ( dailies, magazines) and broadcast media (TV, radio) over a 12 month period

• Overall positioning: Call for early detection and proper management of kidney disease

*Prevention / proper treatment of kidney disease preserves the quality of life

*It is still possible to lead a full and active life, with a few adjustments to accommodate their treatment
