Dear  Parent,    

Your  child’s  teacher  has  created  a  “wish  list”  of  books  that  they  would  like  for  their  classroom.    

How  To  Grant  a  Wish:    

•  During  Book  Fair  week,  come  visit  us  in  the  PEARLS  Hawthorne    Library  to  view  our  new  Classroom  Wish  List  display  board.    

•  Find  out  which  books  your  child’s  teacher  has  “wished”  for  and  grant  her/his  wish  by  purchasing  a  book  off  the  list.  

•  A  bookplate  with  your  (or  your  child’s)  name  on  it  will  be  placed  on  the  inside  front  cover  ,  and  your  book  will  be  delivered  to  the  teacher  at  the  end  of  the  Book  Fair.  

 

If  you  are  unable  to  aRend  the  Book  Fair  in  person,  but  would  like  to  make  a  donaSon  toward  a  teacher’s  “wish  list”,  please  fill  out  the  donaSon  slip  below  and  include  it  with  payment  in  an  envelope  marked  “Book  Fair  CommiRee.”  Dona%on  slips  must  be  received  by  Thursday,  October  31.  Your  child’s  name  will  also  be  included  in  a  list  of  wish  list  contributors  given  to  the  teacher  at  the  end  of  the  Book  Fair.
