Dear Customer,

We hereby kindly request you to observe following recommendations to

use SPARK Sistemi Autogas gas system mounted on your vehicle for long

term and efficient manner and to get services complete related to our

products.

1. Read product user manual carefully.

2. It is important to observe issues mentioned in this user manual.

3. Please definitely have certificate of warranty approved by the

authorized service agency which made conversion after gas conversion

is completed.

4. Keep certificate of warranty as well as vehicle’s documents around

when you go to service agency for any failure or maintenance.

5. You can transmit us any kind of requests and suggestions related to the

USING SPARK Sistemi Autogas CONVERSION SYSTEM

After finishing GAS conversion of your vehicle; it may be operated by both

GAS and gasoline. When your vehicle starts up, the system automatically

switches to GAS. Furthermore you can easily switch from GAS to gasoline

and gasoline to GAS while your vehicle is running. This could be

performed by fuel switch located on driver’s console. This switch shows

GAS tank level and working mode of the vehicle at the same time. GAS

tank level during working with GAS may be determined by lights in the

right of the switch. When the fuel is burnout the switch will give audible

warning signal.

GAS SYSTEM HAS TWO WORKING MODE:

1. Gasoline Mode

The engine works with gasoline in this mode. The vehicle will work with

gasoline in any condition. Left bottom LED of fuel switch is illuminated.

When this mode is operative, all valves and injectors of GAS system are out

of service.

2. GAS Mode

Heating phase: The engine will continue to work with gasoline until the

engine reaches a certain temperature. This phase is start up phase of the

engine and is a temporary phase. After the engine reach to certain

temperature, GAS phase will be switched to. The LED located upper left

side of the switch will flash.

GAS Phase: The engine works with GAS in this mode. Yellow light is turned

on upper left side of the switch. GAS tank level is displayed with led lights

here. These lights show GAS level with graduated display.

WARNING!

Since a vehicle mounted with GAS system will start up with gasoline in any

condition, gasoline tank must contain gasoline at least a quarter of the

tank. This condition is applicable when the vehicle works with GAS always.

You would ensure gasoline pump is not damaged during GAS work period.

Furthermore the gasoline in the tank is recommended to be consumed

within 3 months which is maximum storage period of the gasoline.

If you want to use your vehicle with gasoline:

• Start up your vehicle as you do always.

• Switch from GAS mode to gasoline mode using the switch.

• Your vehicle will start with gasoline and continue to work with gasoline.

• GAS system is out of service in this case. The vehicle will start up with

gasoline next time and continue with gasoline too. Bottom left LED will be

illuminated in fuel switching LED.

If you want to use your vehicle with GAS:

• Start up your vehicle as you do always.

• Switch to GAS mode using the switch. Your vehicle will start with gasoline but will switch to GAS automatically when the engine reach to a certain temperature.

• Even if the engine is hot, since the gas system is adapting itself to gasoline system, GAS will not be switched for the first 15 seconds after start up.

• In this phase, GAS tank level will be displayed on fuel selecting switch.

• The vehicle will start up with GAS mode in the next start up.

If you want your vehicle to switch from GAS to gasoline or Gasoline to GAS:

• Press fuel selecting switch button located on driver’s console. In this case

the vehicle switches to GAS mode if it works with Gasoline mode and

switches to gasoline mode if it works with GAS mode.

WARNING!

If the fuel in GAS tank is burnout, the system will switch to gasoline mode

automatically. Therefore make gasoline available in your vehicle’s tank

always. Audible signal will be heard during this switching.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

1. Warranty period starts by the date on which the product is mounted by the authorized service and expires after 2 (two) years or after 100,000 km.

2. All the parts of the kit are under warranty of our company. Rubber parts, seal, filter and membranes are consumables and are not included by the warranty.

3. In the event that the product fails due to material, workmanship and assembly errors within warranty period, no cost is requested for spare parts and workmanship for troubleshooting.

4. The vehicle must be maintained once after every 100,000 km. Spare parts required to be changed are subject to price. Vehicles not maintained nor recorded by sealing together with mileage to the certificate of warranty falls behind the scope of warranty.

5. Warranty is applicable when periodical maintenance is carried out how specified in User Manual and Warranty Book.

6. It must be received leak proof report after mounting from corporations dependent to the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers. It must be repeated in each renewal of vehicle visa. Mountings not registered to the license falls behind the scope of warranty.

7. In the event that the product fails within warranty period, the period spent during repair is added to the warranty period. Repair period of the product is thirty (30) working days maximum. This period starts by the notification sent to seller, reseller, representation office, importer or manufacturer of the product.

8. Provided that it would be within warranty period of the product as of the date of delivery of the product, same failure repeats more than twice in a year or different failures occur more than four times, in case the product is not benefited continuously and the period of repair is exceeded, consumer may request defective part to be changed free of charge.

CASES THE GUARANTEE IS NOT VALID

Below mentioned cases are not included in the guarantee.

1. Assembly, repair, maintenance and other interventions without project

by someone other than authorized services

2. Damage occurred on GAS system due to failures occurred on the vehicle

by delay on ordinary maintenance to be carried out by authorized

service.

3. Failures occurred on electronic equipment due to external factors

(engine wash and accumulator addition etc.).

4. Transferring GAS system to another vehicle.

5. Failure of a piece not related to GAS system or failures occurred on GAS

system due to use of soiled, fraudulent or wrong fuel.

6. Change of speedometer of the vehicle after assembly.

7. Abnormal use of the vehicle and using it for races.

8. Failures caused by non-use of antifreeze and deficiency of radiator liquid.

9. Damages occurred by accident, natural disaster, fire or terrorist

incidents.

10.Damages occurred by using the product in contrary to the instructions

of use.

11.Guarantee certificate is not issued in time and correct manner and

periodical maintenance is not recorded to Guarantee certificate.

PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE

In order to use the vehicle under guarantee, maintenance must be

carried out by authorized services in reaching km mentioned in periodical

maintenance table. Otherwise the guarantee is not available.

Maintenance which must be carried out in every 10,000 km are as

follows:

• GAS, gasoline and water leakage check

• GAS filter change

• Hoses and pipes check

• Electric connection check

• Multivalve check

• Hoses carrying gas junction check
