QUALITYBETA Machinery guarantees to the customers the certainty of a certified job, consistent with the current regulations and carried out professionally by qualified staff. Committing oneself to BETA Machinery for new machinery and rolls, maintenance, revisions of used machinery or spare parts, means taking advantage of 50 years of experience and high-quali-fied technicians. Moreover BETA Mchinery certifies the high quality of the materials employed (special steels for rolls, top brand bearings, specific rubbers for every treatment), production processes and components assembled on the machines and inside the electric box.

KNOW-HOWBETA Machinery casts into the future its skills in building machinery, activity started in 1959 in the textile field. Strong with this history, BETA Machinery certifies to the customers that the whole production of new machinery, the revisions of second-hand machinery and their mainte-nance are all based on the original drawings and designs, and on the BETA files which include the over 2000 machines produced and sold worldwide. BETA Machinery's know-how also includes the patents for the equipressure Beta-Roll®, which ensures outstanding performance and efficiency thanks to a perfectly uniform pressure (and temperature, in case of calenders' rolls) distribution along the roll's width, obtained by means of a simple mechanical system.

12-MONTH GUARANTEEBETA Machinery guarantees its products for 12 months starting from the delivery date. This guarantee is limited to the components proved defective except when failure is due to normal wear and tear. The defective components will be replaced free of charge and delivered ex BETA Machinery (the eventual assembly on site is at Customer's charge). It is excluded any responsibility for direct or indirect damages coming from faults of the supply. The guarantee is not applied when the Customer is in arrears with payments, goods are altered, and failure is due to bad maintenance, inexperience and excessive or undue use or generally due to causes for which BETA Machinery is not responsible.

CUSTOMER SERVICE BETA Machinery with its organization, service quality and technical competence, guarantees a post-sale structured customer service for the whole lifespan of the machine or roll, assuring a ready and complete service. BETA Machinery can also supply a useful service of programmed maintenance, on payment of an annual fee.

ORIGINAL SPARE PARTSOnly BETA Machinery can supply original parts and components, manufactured using original drawings and designs, as many special parts (for example the castings and the rubber seals) are not commercially available elsewhere, but are produced with our exclusive molds. BETA Machinery guarantees to the Customers the supply of required spare parts for at least 10 years after the date of delivery. Spare parts "in catalogue" which are out of production at the moment of the enquiry are excluded; for these, in any case, if technically possible, BETA Machinery will do its best to identify interchangeable components.

SAFETY CARE BETA Machinery has always devoted great attention to this matter and offers particular guarantees to the Customers about the subject of machine safety, both for new machinery and for second-hand revisions. The competence and experience of the BETA technical staff ensures continuing update in the most recent European directives and a constant adjustment to the state-of -the-art technologies on the market. With particular reference to the main European and national technical regulations, BETA Machinery Customers are periodically informed (by means of newsletter campaigns) in case of changes in the regulations which require the installed machinery to be modified, thus avoiding serious compliance problems in case of authority check. The safety standards referred to supplies with destination extra-EU are also evaluated.

BETA Machinery, in the logic of "Customer Satisfac-tion", has recently created a new company trade-mark identified as "BETA Quality Proof". The trade-mark states a wide range of technical features, product quality, authenticity of spare parts and ability in customer's service.By applying a serial-coded tag and giving a certificate with this trade-mark for every original BETA spare part, BETA Machinery guarantees to the customers important product requirements and assures a greater transparency in the supply. Only those who designed, developed and made your machine can guarantee the best original spare parts.
