The products maintain a natural wood property while available with many selective colors. It is good for construction of decks, steps, fences, pergolas and cladding. It is also used in the manufacturing of many other outdoor products. WPC is also ideal for interior decoration, trailer construction, pallet fabrication and other areas. The material could be easily constructed with ordinary carpenter's tools and machinery. Co-Extrusion is Protection for your Composite Product. The 360 Shield Wood Plastic Composite is the latest decking product developed to shield and prolong the life of your investment. A shell coating (capping) is applied during the Manufacturing Process to protect the WPC core. The surface is plastic wrapped, anti-scratch, easy to clean and prevents the absorption of water into the core material. The Co-extrusion WPC products remains scratch, fade, and stain resistant. The 360 capped coating creates deep wood grain with a rough surface and vivid colors similar to real wood.
