Completed different GTCL Bangladesh pipeline project throughout above mentioned period.
Supervised and performed NDE and QAQC work of 7200ton BSRM’s steel structure fabrication work for SML project at Build Trade, Kalumpur, Dhamrai, Saver.
Supervised and performed NDE and QAQC work at different Steel Structure Fabrication Company like Buildtrade Engineering Limited, PEB Steel Building Co., Ltd., Mcdonald Steel Building Product Ltd and Sarkar Steel Ltd.

Prepare plan and forecast logistic requirements for ongoing and future projects. Set up team for achieving/ fulfilling task in hand. Supervise permit to work system in achieving client’s need. Attend meeting with client to understand their goal and plan accordingly. Audit overall project system (BIX) on day to day basics and mitigate obstruction if any
for sophisticated running of ongoing projects. Perform Radiography Test, set up exposure time for achieving required density, and
provide training and demonstration to crew members. Perform Close Proximity Radiography when ever required for simultaneous production
operation, set up exposure time for achieving required density, and provide training and demonstration to crew members
Manually develop Radiography Film and provide training and demonstration to crew members.
Perform Film Interpretation for both low and high density materials. Produce Radiography Test Report with specified acceptance criteria. Perform duties of Radiation Control Officer; provide training to Radiography Test crew
on safe operation, TDS system, safety procedure and other Health, Environment and Safety related issues.
Perform Ultrasonic Testing on plate and pipe joints (Butt and CJP joints). Perform Phase Array Ultrasonic Testing whenever C-Scan is required for plate and pipe
joints (Butt and CJP joints). Produce Ultrasonic Test Report with specified acceptance criteria. Perform PMI (Positive Metal Identification) Testing as instructed by client and produce
report accordingly. Perform Load Test in accordance with client’s requirement/ instruction/ procedure. Perform Visual Test on wire rope sling, mechanical installations of butt and fillet welds
and produce report accordingly. Perform Post Weld Heat Treatment with auto and manual machines, installation with
Genset, troubleshooting, provide team crew training on responsibilities of fire watch man, provide training and demonstration to crew members on safe operation of electrical item like GFCI, RCD, Earthing, spark arrester, Megger meter, etc., production of report in accordance with procedure and acceptance criteria.
Perform Hardness testing, provide training and demonstration to crew members, and produce report in accordance with procedure and acceptance criteria.
Perform MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) & DPI (Dye Penetration Inspection), provide training and demonstration to crew members, and produce report in accordance with procedure and acceptance criteria.
