Proposal /Program –• Setting up of 3 X 250 & 3 X100 solar parks ONE IN EACH REVENUE DIVISION with SECI or

state PSU or any other model - PROPOSAL FOR SOLAR PARK WITH STATE /CENTRAL PSU

MEITY The STP will provide new and emerging tech avenues to BC

Mahapreit will also explore export of software products under the scheme so tech giants can have tie ups under Indian context.



Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC)/ Energy Audit• In line with Energy Conservation Act 2001, GoI has notified ECBC

Rules. 2018 which is applicable to all commercial buildings havingconnected load of 100 kw or above or contract demand or 120 kVA orabove

• MPBCDC Proposal1. MPBCDC will train /upgrade skill to do Energy Audit and ECBC compliance

audit , employment in all distt and metro areas of MMR/Pune / Nagpur .2. NEAS to generate employment for approx. 5,000 persons having tech

qualifications .ECBC/ Audit implementation by SC engg graduates /Diploma /ITI / registered under CMEGP or central /state schemes

3. Huge quantum of Energy will be saved by ECBC /Energy Audit /implementation will ADD revenues to state exchequer as well Energysaving by way of coal consumption and decarbonization



NEAS - NAVYUG Energy Audit Scheme

RMC Potential market

The India ready-mix concrete market is expected to register a CAGR of over 9% during the forecast period of 2020-25.

MAHAPREIT PROPOSAL To set up 6 RMC plant of approx. 5000 to 7500MT MT of specified RMC near 5 TPC of

MSPGCL with utilities free of cost for SC categories group industries / Start ups.

To have long term 5 to 7 years tie up with MSRDC/MHADA/MMRDA /ULB

MPBCDC will devise bigger role as implementing agency and RMC manufacturer for SC categoriesentrepreneurs and will ensure seamless . Cost effective , specific concrete on need base options andalso make available RMC based contacts to SC group / cooperatives beneficiaries with projectfunding .



1) The CMEC is Self-substantiable Growth Centre under MAHAPREITa) Enrolment of eligible BC start-ups / entrepreneurs / eligible job aspirants are taken up by CMEC.b) Revenue generation projects to be identified based on industry requirement and mandates

MAHAPREIT to venture in road and urban transport connectivity infrastructure projects through dedicated infra project division.

the infrastructure projects division (IPD) shall sync with existing and new start-ups of backward class entrepreneurs for integrated or competence-based business acumen and access of opportunities.

IPD will tie up with fi, tech and equity partners for project implementation.

GOM is requested to declare MAHAPREIT as implementing agency for deposit works to all infra co.

IPD will bid for NHAI and other state projects to have revenue stream and employment of BC beneficiaries .

MAHAPREIT proposes to explore Affordable Housing sector looking tohuge opportunities for BC entrepreneurs in construction and materialsupply business

The Affordable housing division will use New Technologies and standard of LEED, Green Concrete , Climate Change Concerns addressed and advance Building materials from bio waste and solid waste

Mahapreit will tie up with leading academic institutes abroad as well in India for Tech Support and partnership as well JV with tech and equity partners to fund the projects including CBRI and BMPTC for advance building materials and technologies

Mahapreit will explore projects of GoM as well MOUHA/central PSU/ NIUA to make available business and revenues to BC enterprisers in various working models



APVC - Agro Processing Value Chain

Agro Processing Value Chain is vertical created for making available whole gamut of High-EndAgriculture Technology including Biotechnology and Agro Proceeding adding to value of theproducts

JV and Partnerships will be worked out with leading technology providers for Agro Products Valuechain for especially women folk of Rural , Backward class irrespective of their land holding status

Start ups and Entrepreneurship Development will be key area for upliftment of theses groups

High value products will be targets byways of technology and IT enability of agriculture alliedactivities through leading academic institutes and organization

High tech laboratory and Fin Institution linkage will be made available for women companies infood processing , Dairy products and allied activities of APVC.



Task force on Agro Processing and Value Chain

(APVC) Objective: to develop and integrate forward -backward integration for specified agro

products and adding value to the produce by processing and marketing.

1) APVC task force will coordinate with all concerned agencies like APEDA, SFAC (SmallFarmers' Agri-Business Consortium ) and FPO for better values of produce.

2) APVC will develop, manage and operate Agro processing units specifically for women

of backward classes farmers3) The task force will tie up with knowledge and technology providing centres like VSI ,ICAR,

IRMA , NIRD, APMAS , ISAAA, etc for skill upgradation and knowledge partnerships inspecified areas or focus areas of APVC.

4) The Task force will also explore project findings, marketing and storage of agro produces to

strengthen backward class women farmers and try to uplift them by empowering them

intuitionally and economically

5) Task force will also explore to enable MAHAPREIT to work as one of the implementing

agency of GOM and its agenises and also will help in getting MAHAPREIT as

implementing agency for projects under schemes like PoCRA , NRLM etc. This will give amuch-awaited boost to the backward class entrepreneurs and start-ups.
