Terms, Conditions, & PoliciesFirst Time BuyersWe require a $100 minimum for first time orders. First time orders must be paid in advance by check or credit card. We are happy to extend net terms to established accounts. Returned checks are assessed a $25 fee. Outstanding invoices will accrue a finance charge invoices will accrue a finance charge of 1.5% per momth.

Returning CustomersReorder minimum: $100. Net 30 terms extended to existing accounts after credit approval if paid by check or Square Cash.

Pricing & Payments
3 - 4 week fulfillment time for orders and reorders requested ASAP. Shipments usually occur sooner than 3-4 weeks. If you require a faster delivery time, a rush charge of 20% will apply.

Order Fulfillment

ReturnsRefunds are offered within two days of receipt of artwork on damaged goods only. If an order has arrived in damaged condition, please contact us immediately for further instruction. Please keep all original packaging materials on hand for return shipment of the order. All work kept shipment of the order. ExchangesWe are happy to discuss the option of exchanging unsold work for new art. Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved for exchanges, artworks must be in their original condition with no sign of damage or distress. Retailers are responsible for all packing and responsible for all packing and shipping costs associated with the exchange. If a returned work shows any wear & tear or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. Artworks may be exchanged within 12 months from the date of receipt.date of receipt.

About the Artist
Maggie HurleyI seem to be most content with a paintbrush in my hand. I went to school at the Laguna College of Art and Design before moving to San Francisco and then on to the East Bay, which I now call home.
My work celebrates the wonder in everyday things often taken for granted. My work spans a wide range of styles and subject matter, but one thread that seems to run through each series is my love of nature.
Herbert the Owl mingles with endangered animals (and thriving species as Herbert the Owl mingles with endangered animals (and thriving species as well!). The Bittybots live amongst the dandelions; some are responsible tending to flora, others manage the fauna. Birds pose for portraits, as do waves, wayward whales, and other fauna.
My mission is to create art for good. I donate a portion of my profits to different organizations trying to make the world a better place. To name a few: The Ocean Foundation, MISSSEY, WildAid, and Surfrider.
