Section 1: Magazine Recovery Please follow the procedure below when machine stop during magazine rotation by alarm or E-stop.

1-1. Clear alarm or release E-stop If [2793 ATC Error 3] appear., anyway go ahead to 1-2 with alarm,

1-2. Go to manual mode 1-3. Press [ATC] bottom 1-4. Press [Min/Max] to show below screen. 1-5. Confirm ATC SEQ.NO. is [ 3] 1-6. Press [1 STEP ADVANCE] one time then confirms ATC SEQ.NO. is still [ 3].

1-7. Press [1 STEP ADVANCE] again then confirms ATC SEQ.NO. become [ 4].

1-8. Confirm MAGAZINE POS. is same as actual position of Magazine. If these are not same, please go SECTION 3

1-9. If MAGAZINE POS. is same as actual position of Magazine, press [RETURN CYCLE] and make sure ATC SEQ.NO, is [ 1 ]

Section 2: ATC Recovery

Please follow the procedure below when machine stop during ATC arm rotation by alarm or E-stop. 2-1 Clear alarm or release E-stop 2-2 Go to manual mode 2-3 Press [ATC] bottom 2-4 Press [Min/Max] to show below screen. 2-5 Confirm ATC SEQ.NO. is [ 8] 2-6 Press [INT LOCK RELEASE] and [1STEP RETURN] few times (4 or 5) until ATC SEQ.NO. is [ 6]

2-7 Press [RETURN CYCLE] then confirm ATC SEQ.NO. is [ 1]

Section 3: How to make same MAGAZINE POS. and Actual position of Magazine. 3-1 Confirm MAGAZINE POT. [ ] is not same as Actual position of Magazine 3-2 Go to PARAMETER mode and open MC SYSTEM PARAMETER No,2 ATC 3-3 Go to page 3/3 by page key And change the number of following parameter to the actual position of Magazine. (From 2 to 1 in this case)

3-4 GO to TOOL DATA mode 3-5 Check POT NO./TOOL NO. TABLE setting is same as actual tooling then if these are not same, set

actual tool one by one.

3-6 If you could not identify the tool number by outlooking, please take off tools from magazine and install

tools from the beginning.
