S.W.O.C. Strength:
Highly qualified teachers
Rich Library for research work.
Good relationship between teachers & students.
Teachers engaged in research & Academic works
Regular discussions & internal seminars.
S.W.O.C. Weakness:-
High Student teacher ratio
Lack of digital library facilities
Lack of modern teaching facilities in class
rooms
Lack of inter collaboration
Lack of own funding equipment to carry out
minor projects and preparation of study
materials..
S.W.O.C. Opportunity:- We offer opportunities of higher education to the students
of South Bihar.
This region of Bihar is largely backward at socio-economic
condition and the academic facilities of the department are
an opportunity to them to get benefitted.
The existence of this department provides them opportunity
to pursue Master Course as well as Doctoral Degrees.
This department in rural locality of south Bihar planes
Bodhgaya is easily accessible for girls students desirous to
pursue higher studies.
Overall it is an opportunity open for entire nation and global
world to come on the land of lord Buddha’s enlightenment
and get themselves enlightened in the modern time.
S.W.O.C. Challenges:- It is an era of development of higher education and we are
lagging far behind in comparison to developed universities of
our mother land India as well as at global level.
Because of our rural location this university the exchange of
faculty or sharing of resources is not met possible till now.
Under the circumstances this department deserves more
attention by different funding bodies and allocation of more
funds for the infrastructure development.
There is no substantial allocation of budgetary provisions for
research activity carried out in the department by the
university is great hurdle in the attainment of higher goals in
the area of research and innovation.
Overall challenges are everywhere, but with weapon of
enhanced resource challenges can be faced and solved, hence
funds should be made available to combat challenges.
