Mecanitzats Bosch, has been impressing customers for over 35 years with its vast manufacturing, production know-how,
and timely response to customers' demand.
The origin of Mecanitzats Bosch goes back to year 1975.
With our qualified team, and more than 2000 m2, of built installations, we provide an all-round service for capital goods, manufacturing and mechanical engineering industries.
CNC Machining and precision production
With around 20 of the most modern CNC machine tools, we are able to undertake the machining of carbon steels, stainless-steels, high temperature resistant super-alloys, castings, aluminium, non ferrous metals and technical plastics.
Turning, milling, drilling and grinding operations with cnc-machines are completed with the highest precision.
Flexibility and reliability have the utmost priority when most complex demands have to be accomplished. Everything is produced to the highest technological standards.
We apply a production-associated quality control. At the end of each process, we analyze all the relevant quality-related information. When the customer requires, receives the quality documentation of their products by means of a 3D CNC-measuring machine protocol.
Design, construction and assembly
Together with the mechanizing services, we can also offer complete solutions in the area of assemblies and sub-assemblies, and also the constructions of welded mechanical elements.
Upon request, we offer support in preparing the concept and design. We use CAD-CAM systems in our technical department, to develope a project from the beginning until the final delivery to the costumer.

Usinages CNC et production de précision
Grâce à plus de 20 machines-outils CNC extrêmement modernes, nous pouvons nous charger de l’usinage de l’acier au carbone, de l’acier inoxydable, des superalliages thermorésistants, de la fonte, de l’aluminium, des métaux non ferreux et des plastiques techniques.
Les tournages, les fraisages, les matriçages et les rectifications réalisés avec nos machines CNC sont effectués avec la plus haute précision.
La flexibilité et la fiabilité ont une importance maximale lorsqu’il s’agit de répondre aux demandes les plus complexes et les plus sévères. Tout est produit selon les standards technologiques les plus élevés.
Pendant le processus de production, il est procédé à un contrôle de qualité associé à la production et à la fin de chaque processus, à l’analyse de toute l’information importante concernant la qualité.
Le client qui l’exige reçoit une documentation de ses produits à l’aide d’un rapport de mesure d’une machine 3D-CNC.
Conception, fabrication et montage
Nous nous limitons uniquement à l’usinage des pièces ; nous offrons également des solutions complètes pour le montage de sous-ensembles et d’ensembles, ainsi que la fabrication d’éléments mécaniques par soudure.
Si le client le demande, nous lui offrons également notre aide pendant les phases de conception et de design. Nous disposons de systèmes CAD-CAO à notre bureau technique, ce qui permet d’aborder un projet du début jusqu’au développement final et la livraison au client.
