RATES - Our basic rates are contingent on the type of support provided & billed by 1/4 hour increments,with 1/2 hour minimum. Travel time is not incurred for local on-site work of more than 3 hours duration.Travel time is incurred for service calls of less than 3 hours duration, as well as for non-local service calls.Phone consultation is also available as needed at the basic rate. Our rate schedule is available upon request.

FLEXIBILITY - A typical project will often include the following phases: 1) Preliminary Consultation,2) Needs Analysis & Product Recommendations, 3) Product Purchase, 4) Installation-Implementation, 5)Testing & Troubleshooting, & 6) Training-Tutorial Generation. Throughout the entire process, we provideongoing feedback on the job's status, at whatever level of engagement suits you best. Whether our servicesare utilized simply for the consultation & design phases or the entire process, we will work to complementyour existing human resources! We thereby realize optimal savings for both you & your company!

COST-EFFECTIVE CONVENIENCE - We endeavor to minimize cost to you the client, by maintaininglow overhead & engaging you the client in the support process whenever feasible. We travel travel to yourlocation when you need us, thus minimizing your logistical hassles & maximizing our success!
